‘Are you for us, or against us?’
Joshua stood his ground, poised to strike. Though he was ready to meet his maker, at least he would die fighting.
‘Neither,’ the mighty warrior calmly replied.
Neither? He thought, refusing to lower his sword. What kind of answer is that?
‘I am here as Commander of the Lord's army.’
Joshua trembled with fear. Was his mind playing tricks on him, or was he standing in the presence of the Almighty? Dropping his sword, he fell to his knees and bowed his head. ‘I am your servant. What do you want me to do?’
‘Take off your sandals,’ the Commander replied. ‘You are on holy ground.’
In Israel’s darkest hour, an aging warrior must fight for all he believes; a promised land, a chosen people, and a messiah.
But Jericho stands in Joshua’s way. Sending spies into the fortress city, he strikes an unlikely alliance with Rahab, a whore who risks everything to save them.
The real enemy lies within. Facing humiliating defeat and betrayal, Joshua’s faith in a loving God must endure its ultimate test. Though his darkest fears are realized, he must find the courage to believe.
Again.

OK... I haven't posted for a while. I've been too busy writing my 5th draft. I get back here sooner or later.
